Cat Jard plush

Hello all, some very bad news

As you may have known, the Cat Jard Plushie came with a code with the "promise" of giving purchasers the ability to redeem in-game rewards. (Ex. cosmetics, coins, etc). And although we already had some stuff prepared (Like the Circling Cat Jard cosmetic), Roblox has decided to completely denied any ability for us to implement this.

Roblox updated their Terms of Service recently which states, "Engaging in off-platform, secondary market transactions for account access or virtual content from experiences or Marketplace." (Are prohibited) Roblox has to comply with the Apple Stores TOS and as a result, we have to comply with it as well. Since both Roblox & Apple need to monitor and take percentage of any merchandise related to our games. And third-party marketplaces or middle-men are independent from Roblox.

As a result the only merchandise that Roblox would allow to have codes/rewards included in them would be official merchandise sold under Roblox (Ex. Their giftcards) Evade, Adopt Me, Pet Simulator, or any other games are not "Official", so we don't count.

I have discussed with other game owners (simulator, tycoon, other large game owners) about possible solutions. And I have also been in discussions with the related people on the Developer Relation team for the past few months (since June), and have been constantly fighting to allow any exceptions.

I included any possible work-arounds such as holding raffles, making things partially free, and any other possible idea you could think of, but unfortunately they were all denied. There is no compromise. And trying to evade it (pun intended) would lead to significant penalties or possibly being terminated (the game and/or our accounts) .

So we are super super super sorry for making the promise of having codes and then going on silent mode for the past several months. But we needed 100% confirmation from Roblox. I know this post is long but it details why this was done. We will still sell plushies and other merchandise in the future for Evade or any other games, but they will not include codes or in-game rewards of any kind.

Please note that Makeship will not accept refunds or compensation in any form, especially several months after Plushies were delivered.

TL:DR
Roblox banned in-game rewards/codes or else game owners may be punished. Cat Jard code will not be redeemable. There is nothing we can do. But we will still sell plushies in the future.

そのため、コードを用意すると約束しておきながら、過去数か月間沈黙していたことを、本当に本当に本当に申し訳なく思っています。しかし、私たちは Roblox から 100% の確認を得る必要がありました。この投稿は長いですが、なぜこのようなことをしたのかを詳しく説明しています。Evade や他のゲームのぬいぐるみやその他の商品は今後も販売しますが、コードやゲーム内報酬は一切含まれません。

Makeship は、特にぬいぐるみが配達されてから数か月経った後、いかなる形でも返金や補償を受け付けないことにご注意ください。

TL:DR
Roblox はゲーム内報酬/コードを禁止しました。そうしないと、ゲーム所有者が処罰される可能性があります。Cat Jard コードは引き換えられません。私たちにできることは何もありません。しかし、今後もぬいぐるみは販売します。
